Digitisation of Accounting 2020 Conference

At the end of August, we went to Prague for the Digitization of Accounting 2020 conference. We had the opportunity to meet a number of interesting personalities and at the same time introduce our application sum.

Digitizing Accounting 2020

On August 26, 2020, our colleagues, Jan Mitoraj and Adam Mart'ák, attended the Digitization of Accounting 2020 conference, which took place at the five-star hotel Grandier in the centre of Prague. Although it was the first conference of its kind in the Czech Republic, the whole event was held on a very professional level.

We were delighted with the speakers and were introduced to existing and new products in the field of accounting and in-country process automation. The presence of representatives of accounting firms, companies developing accounting software, the University of Economics, the Ministry of Finance and the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic was also a great help.

On behalf of our team we can thank the organizers once again, not only for the excellent organization, but also for the refreshments, which were in a word excellent.

We brought back to Ostrava a number of stimulating ideas and inspiration for the development of the summary application, which we have been working on since 2012.

Scope and functionality we plan to add to sum:

  • Validation processes, receipt photography, electronic signature.
  • Reporting - a basic view of the company's accounting and economics, profit and loss, balance sheet, analysis of accounts and their development.

Application totals

Account is a desktop and mobile application that targets small and medium-sized businesses, but also entrepreneurs who want to keep their accounting firmly under control and in one place.

The application stands out with its modern design, intuitive operation and secure online backup to serve even the most demanding users.

Among its main advantages are:

  • Fast billing (legislative accuracy, pro look and feel, and fast shipping),
  • Online accounting documents (forms, automatic invoice generation and posting),
  • Tax returns (automatic form filling, regular returns, amended returns and supplementary returns), including Control Reports,
  • Management indicators
  • Journey book (records of individual journeys, all drivers and vehicles),
  • Money diary (automatic creation of revenue and expense invoices, possibility of creating own system),

In addition to the above advantages, the sum brings the most important thing, i.e. saving time compared to keeping paper or electronic accounting. This proves to be inefficient in today's world. As a result, the more expensive developments that the beginnings of digitalisation are bringing about are proving to be sensible and, in the long run, more profitable in all respects, including economically.
