Year 2025 in Railsformers

The year 2025 confirmed that security, accessibility, performance and smart use of technology, including AI, remain key themes for modern digital projects. At Railsformers, during the year we focused on projects that connect these areas into functional and sustainable solutions across a variety of industries - from e-commerce to logistics to utilities.

17. December 2025

We have implemented several new projects in the area of websites and e-shops. For Jaguar Racing Team Ostrava we have prepared a modern website that presents the team, its cars and experience rides, and is also ready for further development and marketing activities. In e-commerce, we have launched a new e-shop eshop.topstone.cz, olejspol.cz and bohacek-kzt.cz. For TopStone, robust operation and connection to ESO's accounting system was key, which significantly eases administration and reduces errors. For Olejspol, we focused on speed, clarity and more modern graphics to help customers quickly find the right products and complete their purchase conveniently. The link with ABRA system was also key here, which greatly simplified the administration work on the e-shop. We have successfully migrated Boháček KZT from the outdated Magento 1 system, where it was crucial to keep the product add-ons feature, and in the future we are looking forward to connecting to the POHODA accounting system.

In 2025, our marketing activities, which are closely related to the implemented websites and e-shops, also developed significantly. At TopStone, we managed to significantly exceed the originally set plan for 2025, thanks to a combination of technical e-shop solutions, systematic work with campaigns and long-term optimization. At Olejspol, after taking over marketing, we focused our strategy on revenue growth, working with performance campaigns and gradual brand building - the result is steady growth and better use of the potential of the new e-shop. We have also enjoyed long-term success with client SneakerStore, where we have repeatedly achieved strong year-on-year growth. Social media management is an integral part of these activities, particularly with TopStone and Olejspol, where we ensure consistent brand communication, campaign support and linking with other marketing channels.

Digitalisation of processes was also a strong theme for the year. We are building inventory and logistics solutions on the Zebra platform to replace manual record keeping and fragmented tools. Integration to ERP and e-commerce systems ensures up-to-date inventory data and reduces errors in warehouses and production. We are further developing a web-based Per rollam application for condominium, cooperative and association management that enables online voting with an emphasis on ease of use, legal binding and secure data storage.

In 2025, we also continued our collaboration with NATO Days. The event once again used our developed app, which makes it easier to organise and inform visitors. The CHMU Weather application has received further modifications and enhancements to its digital services, which help to make the data more transparent and accessible to the general public and experts. In telecoms, we developed a new graphic identity for Silesnet.

The year 2025 also brought a focus on accessibility of digital services in the context of the new Accessibility Act. These requirements have become a common part of design and implementation. We are using AI where it makes specific sense - as a tool to streamline development, work with data or support user scenarios, not as a feature in its own right.

The year in review shows that the ability to combine technical know-how, integration, security, accessibility and user experience is essential for digital projects. If you are considering upgrading your website, e-shop, internal system or logistics solution, the Railsformers blog has more project examples and inspiration on how to take on similar challenges.
