We won the School friendly award!

Below are examples of specific projects that we as Railsformers have had the opportunity to implement in recent times. Our cooperation with schools is characterised by innovative methods, an emphasis on practical skills and the link between theory and practice. We believe that this approach contributes to a better understanding of the subject matter, promotes the development of critical thinking and prepares students for successful careers.

In addition to providing field trips and financial and non-financial donations, we also support mandatory internships for high school and college students, including those with special needs.

Maternity School Dobroslavice, separate workplace Děhylov

Maternity nursery Ostrava - Martinov

• Providing web hosting and operational updates of the website www.msmartinov.cz
• Complete provision of a new version of the msmartinov.cz website (analysis, graphic design, creation, training).

Excursions for primary school pupils

• Within the framework of cooperation with the Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact, we have been offering and arranging excursions for primary school pupils (especially 9th graders) for a long time.
• Within the framework of excursions we present our company and its projects, as well as the possibility of cooperation and internships for students of secondary schools and universities. At the same time, we also present the pupils with tips for further education as well as the content and format of CVs.
• On excursions, pupils also appreciate the refreshments we prepare for them.
• During the COVID-19 pandemic, we also conducted these inputs online.
• Excursions are always arranged in consultation with MS PAKT and primary school representatives every year since 2019.

Providing internships for secondary school students in 2023

• Providing compulsory internship for 2 students in May 2023 including one student with special needs.

Business Academy, Ostrava-Poruba

• Provision of compulsory internship for 3 students in the period May and September 2023 in the length of 2x 2 weeks.

Business Academy and Vocational School, Ostrava-Mariánské Hory

• Providing compulsory internship for 2 students in May 2023.

VŠB - Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Economics

• Baccalaureate thesis 2022/2023 on "Crowdfunding of the Cistern project for SDH Žulová".

University of Ostrava, Faculty of Science

• We provide teaching of the subject "Programming in Ruby on Rails" - comprehensive preparation and provision of teaching (lectures and exercises) of the said subject. The uniqueness of the given opportunity for students is evidenced by the fact that the first teaching of the given subject in the summer semester was occupied by students within 24h from the announcement.

• We are collaborating on a new undergraduate program focused primarily on providing hands-on experience with software development in companies.

The Whole Czech Republic Reads to Children

• We are one of the long-standing main partners of the organization Celé Česko čte dětem, o. p. s. - we have been comprehensively providing their web presentation celeceskoctedetem.cz and e-shop eshop.celeceskoctedetem.cz
for a long time.

Security Legal Academy Ostrava, s. r. o., secondary school

• Long-term cooperation with BPA, we provide comprehensive outsourcing of e-learning system Jokrys.
