We are part of the MSK subsidy project to support internships of pupils and students in companies for the year 2019-2020
Programme name: PROGRAMME TO SUPPORT PUPIL AND STUDENT INTERNSHIPS IN COMPANIES 2019
Date of Disbursement: 2.9.2019 - 30.6.2020
This year, for the first time, we have become part of the MSK subsidy project to support internships of pupils and students in companies for 2019-2020. We already appreciate our cooperation with MSK and we are glad that under our supervision we can give space to new and creative students who will not only gain work experience during their internship, but also a network of useful contacts and potential long-term cooperation.
MSK Grant Programme
The MSK Grant Program responds to the reduced opportunities for successful entry into employment immediately after graduation from high school/college. For this reason, a subsidy project was created to target pupils and students who want to take firm control of their future and increase their attractiveness within the labour market to the maximum.
The project to support pupil and student placements in companies has a long history and its positive impact on the placement of graduates in companies is reflected in its annual opening.
Who is the grant programme for
The MSK grant program is intended for all pupils and students in second to fourth year of full-time study in secondary schools and second to third year of vocational apprenticeship category H. In addition, all students in bachelor's and continuing master's studies or students in first to fifth year of a five-year master's program at a university.
Pupils and students can only be included in the programme if they fall into a selected group of supported fields and in 2017-2018 were not part of a subsidy project to support internships of pupils and students in companies announced by the MSK.
The last condition is the location of the seat of the secondary school or university, which must be in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
Experience of Railsformers
Our company has been cooperating with university students for many years and we try to involve them in interesting work projects. The cooperation set up is not only beneficial in terms of expanding the students' work portfolio, but also the possibility of finding a real job opportunity.
We strive to provide our trainees with a pleasant working environment in the company of experienced professionals who understand their work and can convey it effectively.
Prior to this, we have primarily done this work from our own capital, and the current MSK grant is among the first of its kind. As part of the project to support pupil and student internships in companies, we are involving three studentsin the running of the company, who will learn new work skills and practices during the year.
After completing the grant program, the student will have, first and foremost, work experience in the field that will make it easier for them to enter the workforce after graduating from college/high school.
