Filing your tax return has never been easier. Our web-based accounting app is the ideal solution for SMEs and sole traders who want to keep all their invoices, receipts and basically all their accounting in one place, accessible online from a web app or mobile phone and protected from data misuse.

Benefits in total

The app offers several benefits to make your invoicing easier. It will help you create:

  • Quick invoice: legislative correctness, professional look, fast dispatch;
  • journey book: records of all drivers and vehicles, records of individual journeys;
  • cash journal (= income and expense statement): self-generated totals from your income and expense invoices, possibility to create your own system of tax categories to summarize the journal;
  • online accounting documents: invoice forms, automatic generation and sending of invoices;
  • tax returns: automatic form filling, regular returns, amended returns and additional returns;

And that's certainly not all. You can keep your online calendar in the app, where you can note down things like invoice payment dates. You can also fully automate the system. Simply set up regular (once a month, once a quarter,...) invoice creation and sending, and the sum will take care of everything for you.

Security

We care about the security of your sensitive data. That's why the app operator is registered with the Data Protection Authority and is therefore able to guarantee that your data will not fall into unauthorised hands and will not be misused. The app is based on modern technology is run on robust servers located in a secure data centre. It thus meets all performance, availability and security requirements, including online backup.

Keep track of your business partners

If you sometimes lose track of your business partners, you can keep a simple record of them in the sum. The Partners section gives you a clear listing of your suppliers and customers, their invoice due dates, default currency and more. Getting the information works on the principle of downloading data from the ARES-MFCR trade register.

In addition to the above, you will find the partner's billing language in the record. Súčto can also issue invoices in English and we are preparing other languages in the future.

And the price?

The app offers two tariffs. The basic tariff is free and is recommended for adopters of the service and for self-employed people. The basic restrictions are as follows: two user accesses, a maximum of 60 documents and storage up to 10 MB.

The premium tariff will cost you 300 CZK/month. This gives you unlimited access for business users, unlimited documents and 1 GB of storage.

We recommend you try the basic tariff, which will cost you nothing and you can test how the app works in total and if you like the document processing system. Registration is simple and, like the app, very intuitive.

We are constantly innovating the app

Account is due for a redesign in the coming weeks. The new version will be more intuitive and the developers will also upgrade the system under which the app runs. To work with the sum application, you only need a web browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera. It's that simple...
