Professional practice for young people
At the beginning of 2014, Railsformers took part in the Trade Union Internship Programme for young people up to 30 years of age. Both companies and job seekers register for the project. The project is based on the current needs of the job market and serves the úí úí members of the ú´ group to start their professional career. The conditions and definitions of the cílové group are listed on the integrated portálu MoLSA. Participants of the project are motivated to actively seek out employment opportunities. The wholeý program servesý primarily& to&scaron&& ´ support& the& cooperation& ofÚP& and&employers& and& to& meetá demand& (on& the& side& of& employers&) and& supply& (on& the& side& of& job&seekers&).
The project is financed by ESF. The employer will thus make a wage & salary contribution to the hired candidate. A great advantage for the candidate is the possibility of an employment contract on HPP. One of the main aims of the project is to integrate young people under 30 into the labour market.
Railsformers has joined this programme in an effort to encourage young graduates from secondary and higher education institutions, which will provide the opportunity to provide vocational training for graduates. For Railsformers, on the other hand, it means the opportunity to recruit young and ambitious people.
Personalí experiencešenost
As a graduate of VŠB-TUO, I have had a number of admissionímacích interviews since October 2013. Very often I encountered that the advertisedý description of the prá job was actually quite differentšný from reality. One way to avoid misleading advertisements and to get in touch with a proven and solid company was to register for the Vocational Training Project for young people under 30.
In early December, I registered for the project online and in the first´ half of January this year, a mediator from ÚP contacted me and invited me for an interview. The secondý interview took place on the very nextý day and itý was about a job opportunity at Railsformers. The wholeý process from the registration to the actualý entry into the newé employmentý processý absolutely without any problemsé correctly and especially in a very shorté periodé. Therefore, I can highly recommend this project to all my graduates and I wish them a lot of šdoughí!
