In RBP Karviná we put into operation the EvoCat kiosk
We are very pleased that the cooperation with the health insurance company RBP continues. Some time ago, they chose our Reservatic system for their virtual branch, and now we have integrated our call system solution including the EvoCat kiosk at the Karviná branch.
The EvoCat entrance kiosk is a multi-purpose device used to interact with the visitor. The device is dominated by a 22" LCD touch screen and at its heart is a microcomputer built on an ARM platform. It includes a contactless card issuer and card reader as standard. Due to environmental considerations, we preferred these reusable plastic NFC cards, which can then be used for other interactions in the building. However, this solution is not suitable for all types of customers, so we extended the kiosk for RBP with a single-use ticket printer.
For the purpose of the EvoCat call system, the kiosk can be connected to other peripherals of this system, e.g. central screens, counter displays, speakers. With the current RBP solution, integration with online ordering would be very complex and impractical. Now the counter operator controls the EvoCat call system entirely from the convenience of a web browser. It is also no problem to add visual and audio elements to facilitate the visitor's orientation in the branch.
All elements of the system are connected using modern protocols ensuring authenticity, integrity and security of the transmitted data.
The EvoCat kiosk is guaranteed not to be overlooked, it is made of artificial stone, which gives it a luxurious look and will be a decoration of any building.
