We are partners of the CRA IoT Hackathon – sign up!

Do you have an idea for a use of the Internet of Things? Are you a developer or a team of developers and think that you are the one who can build the most interesting prototype of a sensor/sensor that will communicate through the LoRa network and will be able to transmit useful data? Do you want to compete with other enthusiasts and get interesting experiences and valuable prizes?

Railsformers is a partner of the competition.

It doesn’t matter if you come in a ready-made team (3 – 5 members) or on your own. There will be a number of other developers on site with whom you can join forces and experience. You will form your team on the spot.

What will be your task?

With your team create the most interesting, working prototype of a device (sensor) communicating on the LoRa network. With this, CRA (Czech Radio Communications) has covered all regional cities and their surroundings and is currently expanding coverage to the county level. You must also configure the sensor you create to be able to communicate and fulfill the purpose for which you built it.

You will have a module system, a development kit from which to build the sensor, access to data generated by other networked sensors. So you only need to bring your own notebook and what you are used to working with yourself.
