Partners for the next generation
We work with schools and universities over the long term, showing students what design and development look like outside the classroom. We share our experience from real projects, get students involved in practice and give them space to learn from people who do this work every day.
We run internships and workshops, teach semester courses and provide one-to-one mentoring. It isn't only about technologies and tools. We want to pass on a way of thinking about projects, working in a team and the kind of experience that's hard to get from textbooks.
How we work together
Internships
On an internship you join real projects under a mentor from our senior team. You get regular feedback, and we set the scope together so it works for you and the team.
Workshops
We run practical workshops on frontend and backend development, UI design and career development. We'll come to your school, or host the workshop at our place.
Teaching
At the University of Ostrava we teach semester courses on Ruby on Rails and running an IT business. We pass on our experience from real projects and show students not just development itself, but how to think about a digital product in a wider context.
Mentoring
We offer students and recent graduates one-to-one mentoring with experienced colleagues. In regular 1:1 sessions we work through their projects, their next career steps and preparation for technical interviews.
