This week we have finally successfully completed a series of trainings in the areas of soft and managerial skills under the title Effective Delegation and Employee Motivation.
In addition to the necessary theory, we tried a number of methods in practice. In the first course we discussed how to use different types of people in a team according to team roles, barriers and strengths of teamwork. Then the trainer started our creative thinking, which we further developed through brainstorming. We then tried teamwork on the game “Lost on the Moon”, which we enjoyed very much and as a team we could hopefully save ourselves :-).
The second course was in the spirit of how to approach problems and how to manage the crisis process. We learned how to analyze a problem in the company and brainstorm a solution.
