The unique Hedurio DOPL attendance system aroused interest at the IX. International Conference of Municipal Police

On 26-28 March 2025, the IX. International Conference of Municipal Police - the largest branch event of its kind in Central Europe. The main partner of the conference was our subsidiary Hedurio s.r.o., whose representatives presented their innovative solution for digitalisation of attendance and shift planning. Hedurio DOPL.

The conference was held at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University and offered a space for sharing experiences between representatives of municipal police and experts in the field of security, legislation and modern technologies. Hedurio presented a lecture “Modern Shift Planning. David Garai, Managing Director of the company. The lecture met with a very positive response and provoked a professional discussion, which resulted in the establishment of important contacts and the promise of several collaborations in the Czech and international context!

Hedurio DOPL is a scheduling and attendance system that was developed based on the needs of public institutions with an emphasis on clarity, legal reliability and easy integration into internal processes. The first deployment took place in the environment of the Ostrava Municipal Police, where the system is already actively streamlining shift planning and attendance records. Today, it is ready for deployment in other types of organizations – whether they are municipal institutions, contributory organizations or companies with multi-level shift operations.

The system enables the creation of schedules, clear allocation of shifts and real-time attendance tracking. It automatically calculates the working time pool according to the type of time, records overtime, night shifts, on-call and other specifics of various operations. It also includes clear reports, notifications and exports for payroll and HR. An open API and secure architecture allow for integration with other systems, including payroll and economic software.

The system’s interface is accessible online from any device and is clear and intuitive. It works with a scalable licensing model and deployment is done without the need for extensive customization on the customer side. The focus is on cost transparency, legislative compliance (including GDPR) and sustainability in operational and administrative requirements.

The participation of Hedurio s.r.o. at the conference showed that the promotion of digitalization in the public sector is not just a technological trend, but a real need. The interest in the Hedurio DOPL system confirmed that modern tools for time planning and capacity management have a firm place even in an environment where until recently paper forms or outdated tools dominated.

If you’re looking for ways to modernize shift operations, streamline attendance or reduce scheduling errors, Hedurio DOPL can provide concrete answers!
