Have you noticed that Heureka has relaxed the rules for obtaining Customer Verified Certificates? As the GDPR regulation made it more difficult to obtain a certificate, Heureka decided to take this friendly step based on a long-term analysis and the feedbacks it received from e-shops.
Thus, the number of reviews that were needed to obtain the certificate has been reduced. As for the other conditions, they remain the same.If you want to get a blue certificate verified by customers, then you need to have a rating of at least 90%, to get a gold certificate you need to be rated by customers with a score of 97%.
Leoš Nošek explains that the introduction of GDPR has made it more difficult for e-shops to obtain these certificates. “Many e-shops achieve high ratings, but due to the lower number of customer reviews they are unable to achieve the certificate.”
