Job description
- Support end users of web projects (e.g. www.reservatic.com, www.sucto.cz etc.)
- E-mail, telephone and online communication with clients
- Testing new system features and communicating with developers
- Creating user manuals
Required
- Minimum secondary education with a high school diploma
- Proficiency in PC (MS Office) / Internet
- Excellent communication skills
- Flawless knowledge of the Czech language
- Experience in administration an advantage
- Driving licence sk. B advantage
- Reliability, responsibility
