Have you discovered the benefits of Mergado? – Part 2

In the first episode, we revealed the biggest benefits of using Mergado. In addition to knowing that Mergado will make it easier for you to advertise on the comparison sites, it's important to know how to share access in case you use the services of external agencies that you also need to grant access to.

.

What kinds of user permissions can you find in Mergad?

If you need another user to have access to your e-shop on Mergad, the good news is that you can add any number of users to each e-shop. You can even convert an e-shop to a brand new user.

There are 3 types of permissions on Mergad:

  • owner – this is the user whose billing details will receive invoices. This type of permission can only occur once for each e-shop
  • enroll – you can assign this permission to users that you need to be able to actively make changes
  • read – when you assign this option, you will allow viewing the Mergad account, but the user will not be able to make any changes

Remember that in order to add a user, it is necessary that the user has already created a user account in Mergad

How to add another account to Mergad

Edit users simply from the basic app.mergado.com page. After logging in, you will find a two stickers icon next to the e-shop on the right, click on that.

In the next step, fill in the email address of the user you want to grant permissions to. Select the permission that suits you – either read-only or write-only as well. Finally, simply send the invitation.

Still not sure what benefits you’ll get from using Mergad? Can’t manage to set up everything you need yourself? Don’t stress yourself with unnecessary stuff and leave this job to us, we will gladly take care of everything :-).
