EvoCat – a product that is the result of a combination of technical skill and creativity of the Railsformers team. But what does EvoCat actually mean? The name is derived from the Latin word “evocatio”, which in English means “evocation”, i.e. calling or evocation. And because of the popularity of cats, which are a symbol of a sharp-eyed beast with an absolute overview of its territory, we decided to emphasize the word “Cat” in the name.
EvoCat is designed to suit different types of entities and businesses. Whether it is the commercial sector, direct-to-consumer businesses, post and mail order houses, e-commerce outlets, doctors’ surgeries, pharmacies, hospitals or client centres such as insurance companies, energy companies and financial services, EvoCat is able to provide efficient and intelligent solutions for all these sectors.
EvoCat in practice
EvoCat is not a “drawer” project but already has a real application in practice. For example, in cooperation with the Lower Vítkovice area, a kiosk was delivered for the reconstructed exhibition Small World of Technology U6, which provides an interactive map showing the location of individual exhibitions, including their description and opening hours. Another example is the cooperation with the health insurance company RBP, where a call-out system solution including EvoCat kiosks was integrated at their Karviná branch, replacing the original inadequate system. Finally, for the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre, located on the grounds of the Science and Technology Park, a navigation kiosk was implemented on the premises for the PIANO and TRIDENT buildings for better visitor orientation.
