We support the education of our employees

Nobody learned from heaven and in IT this is doubly true! Computer science and online is one of the most dynamic fields ever and it is therefore necessary to constantly educate yourself and keep up with developments. We at Railsformers are fully aware of this. That’s why we make sure and fully support the continuous education of our employees. And not only in specialized IT areas, but also in soft and managerial skills.

Education, workshops and courses, however, cost a considerable amount of money and although this is clearly a profitable investment, we are very pleased that the European Union is helping us with funding under the Operational Programme for Employment. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees and thus ensure that their qualifications and competences are in line with the requirements of the work activities performed.

By developing the skills, knowledge and experience of our employees, we gain a significant competitive advantage and are able to provide quality, reliable and sophisticated services and solutions.
