G Suite will become more expensive. The new price list applies from 2 April
Google recently published a new price list for its services that will see us paying extra from April 2. The G Suite service, which is mainly used by businesses and entrepreneurs, will be affected the most. As an official reseller, we have to reflect this fact and in today's article we will present you all the changes.
The G Suite service has been in operation for ten years. Since then, it has undergone a major evolution and expansion with more than ten new services. It provides its users with the highest possible comfort when working online. Due to the ever-increasing level of applications and value-added growth, Google has decided to increase flat rates by 20%. The last price increase for the service was eight years ago.
What do we use G Suite for?
G Suite enables real-time collaboration (Docs, Sheets, Slides), flexible storage (Drive), powerful video conferencing (Hangouts Meet), secure team messaging (Hangouts Chat), and enterprise-level search capabilities (Cloud Search). It allows users to work anywhere, anytime, of course, while ensuring a professional level of available applications. In addition, the package can be downloaded to a computer as well as to a mobile phone or tablet.
The service is ideal for businesses and teamwork as well as for individuals who want to set up a G-mail with their own domain, for example.

- Monthly/flexible tariff: 133,- CZK per user (previously 110,- CZK)
- Hourly tariff: 1 596,- CZK per user (previously 1 100,- CZK)
In general, there is a price increase of 20%. However, the most significant change will affect the annual G Suite Basic tariff, which will now be 12 times the new price per user per month (previously it was a discounted tariff, which was 10 times the monthly price).
The price change will not affect current contracts or renewals that take place before 2 April 2019. For customers on a monthly or flexible tariff, the new prices will be effective from 2 April 2019. For customers on an annual tariff, the new prices will be effective from their first tariff renewal on or after 2 April 2019.

- Flexible tariff
This plan allows you to increase or decrease the number of licenses (users) at any time during the month. You only ever pay for the services you use each month. This plan is suitable for organizations that have frequent changes in the number of users.
- Annual plan
With this plan, you commit to use G Suite for one year with a certain number of licenses (users). You can add users without restriction, but if you remove users below the subscription number during the year, the subscription fee paid will not be refunded. This plan is suitable for organizations that maintain a stable number of users or do not reduce the number of users during the year.
