Artificial intelligence in the form of Google Assistant is getting better

Google Assistant is the next generation of voice assistant, it can be considered the biggest and most advanced competitor to Apple Sira and in many ways surpasses it. It takes artificial intelligence capabilities to the next level. Google has recently introduced many innovations and new features.

It adds 6 new voices and tries to make them sound as natural as possible. It is now possible to hear the intonation and pauses between words in the voices thanks to machine learning, and judging by the samples, it should be noted that it is indeed very natural and the voice no longer sounds choppy and artificial.

According to the latest reports, English support is also planned by the end of 2018.

Another new feature is Continued Conversation-or uninterrupted, ongoing conversation. The AI recognizes that you're talking to it and we don't have to repeat the "Hey Google" greeting again. This eliminates the need to repeat "Hey Google" every time you ask, so you can have a much more natural conversation with the assistant.

Multiple Actions - is the ability to ask multiple questions/actions at once. The AI can handle more complex queries and can process them.

Google Assistant is now very nice thanks to Pretty Please - it recognizes that you are speaking to it politely and responds in the same polite style.

All of these improvements are meant to improve the natural conversation between Google Assistant and humans.

Incredible to the point of being slightly creepy is the video of Google Assistant managing to call a restaurant and make a reservation while having a seamless conversation with the server.

How about you? How do you feel about artificial assistance? Does it fascinate or scare you?
