Hedurio is our flagship product for security agency management. It is a unique online information system of its kind. It is delivered to end users on a cloud-based SaaS solution, ensuring maximum system availability from anywhere, anytime. The list of basic functions of the system includes complex planning of stable objects (retail chains, warehouses, production halls, etc.) and open events (festivals and other public events). As part of this planning, comprehensive monitoring of buildings and guards in the field is provided by the Hedurio system. The control of the guards’ rounds in the field is ensured by QR codes, which are scanned when passing each checkpoint with a smartphone or tablet that each guard has.
Additional features and uses of the Hedurio system
In addition to the main function of monitoring objects and people, the system offers the possibility of maintaining payroll and accounting reports within the company and displaying a basic overview of the company’s efficient management. Another function is the electronic monitoring of the inventory warehouse with an up-to-date database of the number and status of stocks. A detailed overview of all stock processes including inputs and outputs together with an overview of suppliers and customers.
All processes are provided and displayed online. The maximum possible level of computerization and electronic in-house document workflow is ensured. Thanks to the cloud solution, perfect interaction between system users (client/central/field guard) is ensured.
Our product is primarily aimed at the security agency market and its use in this market segment. However, currently the product Hedurio is also used within retail chains to monitor the status of goods in stock, in store and then compare the status with the goods sold. This provides an instant online check of whether stock/goods have been stolen or lost during an exchange.
The third and currently very topical application is the application of Hedurio to the new ticketing system for the Baník Ostrava football club. Creating a database of registered fans and their records. It is planned to link the database of static photos of fans with the video in the stadium and thus instantly detect people with inappropriate behaviour in the stadium.
