Booking systems

Booking systems

As Railsformers we also deal with software in the form of bespoke booking systems.

The reservation system is designed for the needs of various public events, from concerts to various lectures, but of course has many other uses and can be customized to meet the needs of each company. The basic requirements usually include that the system can make reservations online, i.e. ordering a particular object, area, item, goods, etc., by date and time. Duplicate orders and booking errors are avoided by booking.

In the application, you can currently monitor the total occupancy of the space / order summary. You can select whether, for example, a space is available on your date and view the person responsible for the event. You can see a list of events that are already registered at a glance. With the service, you can manage e.g. one large venue, specific buildings and rooms (as well as the entire range or services offered). You can book your room for your purposes, e.g. training or performances, at a specific time. The system also allows you to manage the various inventory and furnishings of a given room and building. You have a clear overview of your assets stored in the rooms.

The system includes a contacts function, where you can clearly store all your existing contacts and can freely edit their profile. For example, the name of the entity, bank connection, registered office and contact person.

The booking system has infinite uses across all business spheres and can be freely set up/modified to meet specific bespoke requirements. With an electronic booking system, you will gain more time by saving time associated with administration and you will also save time for your customer who will also quickly take a liking to the electronic form of booking. The booking is made electronically with the possibility of exporting the data and attaching all necessary documents related to the order.

Create new events, events, plan, organize, book buildings or staff, all with our unique booking system.
