On the basis of numerous questions from the public, the OOOO makes recommendations for public discussion on how to approach cookies.
The purpose of the document is to recall the basic, general and specific rules for dealing with cookies. To explain the relationship between data protection legislation, sectoral regulation and specific regulations, while recalling the most important points of the WP29 opinions in force so far, in particular the way cookies are divided and the corresponding regime for working with them.
The document was discussed with the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) and the Internet Development Association (SPIR).
